Dr. Marion D. Thorpe, Jr. announces the filing of candidate paperwork with the Federal Election Commission; thus, solidifying his candidacy for U.S. Congressional District 23 (Florida). "With an eye towards 'A New Day, A New Way' for Congressional District 23 (CD 23) and a firm understanding of the multitude of difficulties presently facing residents of CD 23 on a daily basis, I step forward to provide effective leadership for the many people of District 23 who have been perpetually disenfranchised from the American Dream process," states Dr. Marion D.
